H.E Soda in his address stated: “I am pleased to attend this signing ceremony for the resolution to work together for the betterment of our continent Africa, given that we host so many minerals but what has been happening in the past was we lacked cooperation to speak with a voice that could be heard. Our minerals are supposed to be creating value for our nations but that can only be realized when we work together especially with view of having the minerals beneficiated and assigned some value before they exit the borders of our country where jobs will be created for our people and also much more value is earned from the minerals. So I am very grateful about this event and I hope we will continue to do everything that is required to ensure the process is fully realized and finalized”.
