H.E. Moses Micheal Engadu
H.E. Moses Micheal Engadu is the First Substantive Secretary-General of the Africa Minerals Strategy Group (AMSG), a continental intergovernmental organization established to advance cooperation on critical minerals development across Africa.
As Secretary-General, he provides executive leadership to the Organization and serves as its principal representative before Member States, strategic partners, international institutions, investors and the private sector.
His work focuses on strengthening Africa’s position in global mineral value chains, promoting responsible mineral development, mobilizing investment, advancing value addition and industrialization, and enhancing Africa’s collective voice on strategic minerals policy.
Prior to his appointment, H.E. Engadu held leadership positions across government, development and the private sector, contributing to national branding, investor protection, digital innovation, youth engagement and institutional development.
