Africa Natural Resources and Investment Summit (AFNIS) 2025

The Secretary-General delivered a keynote address and moderated a Ministerial Panel at the Africa Natural Resources and Investment Summit (AFNIS) 2025, one of Africa’s leading platforms for dialogue on natural resources, investment, energy, mining and sustainable development.
The Summit convened government leaders, investors, development institutions and private sector stakeholders to discuss opportunities for responsible resource development and economic transformation across Africa.
The Secretary-General used the platform to advance AMSG’s priorities on exploration, mineral value addition, financing and continental cooperation.
